All Training Programs Include…


Functional training, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning and HIIT style training


Functional Training is geared explicitly toward better function when performing everyday tasks. These tasks might include putting a heavy object on a high shelf, bending to pick up something off the floor, or walking up and down stairs.


Corrective Exercise is meant to remedy the cumulative stress placed on the body, helping restore and maintain posture, balance, mobility, and stability which allows the body to move freely without pain.


Strength Training improves strength and flexibility and decreases your risk of injury. If you can do one thing to improve your health, strength training should be at the top of your list because it increases your metabolism that burns fat and helps maintain high levels of energy.


Conditioning Exercise is geared towards the recovery of your strength training workouts. If you’ve ever had stiff/sore muscles from training, doing a conditioning session will get some restorative bloodflow to those muscles and have you feeling less sore in a shorter timeframe.


Training Programs – All by Appointment Only


Each One Hour Training Session provides personalized attention, relationship building, accountability and motivation, and injury prevention.


Private one-on-one Training:  $55-$65 per session


Semi-Private Training (2-5 people):  $35-$40 per session


Small Group Training (6-10 people):  $24-$30 per session
