- In home training: For those who prefer personal training in the comfort and privacy in their own home. We bring the trainer, equipment and workout to you!
- Semi Private Training: These training sessions have up to 4 people in the same hour. Even though you are sharing your trainer with 3 other people, you are still working your own fitness program and targeting your personal goals. Routines consist of strength training and/or conditioning. The cost for Semi Private Training ranges from $35-$45 per session.
- Small Group Training: These training sessions have up to 8 people in the same hour. The routines of training is the same as semi private training just with more people in the hour. The cost is $25 per session or monthly plans starting at $160.
- Private One on One Training: These training sessions are exclusively just you and the trainer. You aren’t sharing your trainer with anyone else for the hour. The routines are the same as semi private and small group where we focus on strength training and/or conditioning. Really, the only difference is, it’s just you and the trainer. It’s all about the preference, if you want that one on one attention for the entire hour and need to have your trainer right by your side for the whole hour, then this would be for you. These session prices start at $60 per session.
- Bootcamp Classes: (due to COVID-19 classes cannot be larger than 10). The routines are all conditioning and cardio. We use light weights, bands, light kettle bells and much more fun stuff we can make you sweat with. They are great calorie busting classes that are focused on improving cardiovascular health and to increase endurance. Some people like to add this class on to their program since it is different than our semi private, group and one on one training sessions that focus on Strength and Conditioning. And some are just happy with having Bootcamp as their main focus in their heath and fitness lifestyle. Again, when we get to know you better, we fill recommend a suitable class for your particular wants and needs. Bootcamp classes are 3x/week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The cost is a monthly fee of $120.
- Judo Classes: TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE . Judo is a Japanese martial art and Olympic sport involving using holds and leverage to submit an opponent. Judo encompasses a philosophy and way of life in addition to specific martial arts techniques. The founder Kano’s philosophies for judo include: Maximum efficiency with minimum effort, mutual welfare and benefit, and softness (or gentleness) controls hardness. Classes are open to children and adults 3x/week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 4pm-6:30pm. Cost $85 per class.
